Terms and Conditions for Contests on Facebook and Instagram for the Grand Advent Concert at Rudolf Harbig Stadium 2026

1. Organizer/Responsible Party

The responsible organizer of the contests on Facebook and Instagram for the Grand Advent Concert is Open-Air-Adventskonzert im Stadion UG, Lennéstraße 12, 01069 Dresden. All questions or complaints regarding the contest are to be directed exclusively to the email address info@adventskonzert.de. The contest is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over (excluding employees of the participating companies and their relatives). The participant (m/f/d) is the person who comments according to the conditions stated in the post, contacts the Grand Advent Concert via direct message after being notified of a win in the form of a reply comment, and thereby participates in the prize draw. Participation in the contest is free of charge.

3. Period

Participation in the contests, in the form of posts on the social media channels, is possible for up to 72 hours after the posts are published.

4. Winner Determination

Winners will be drawn by a random generator and publicly contacted on Facebook via a reply comment after the participation deadline. By participating in the contest through a comment under the contest post, participants agree to be publicly contacted as winners. Personal information of the participant and other personal data will only be processed within the framework of the GDPR and for the winner draw. Participants undertake not to share any unlawful content.

5. Prizes

The prizes are defined in the respective posts. Winners have no right to a cash payout, exchange, modification, or addition to the prize. Auctioning of the prize is prohibited.

6. Prize Claim

The prize claim expires 7 days (168 hours) after winner notification.

7. Termination Options

The Grand Advent Concert reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. This applies in particular to errors in software and/or hardware and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the regular and proper execution of the contest.

8. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
