“Das Große Adventskonzert 2026” –

To increase the appeal of the concert produced by the organizer and the accompanying program offers, the organizer is conducting a purchase-based sweepstakes for ticket purchases for “Das Große Adventskonzert 2026.” Every purchased ticket automatically enters the drawing with its unique ticket ID. Various channels are used to promote the sweepstakes, including platforms from Meta Platforms Inc. (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). The following conditions apply for participation.

1. Organizer

The sweepstakes is in no way connected to Meta Platforms Inc., including its social networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Meta Platforms. The participant fully releases Meta Platforms from all claims in connection with this sweepstakes. The recipient of the personal data provided as part of the sweepstakes is exclusively the Organizer, not Meta Platforms.

2. Eligibility

• Any natural person who has purchased a ticket for Das Große Adventskonzert 2026 is eligible to participate. The claim to the prize arises upon presentation or proof of the purchased ticket with the winning ticket ID.
• Minor ticket holders can also be determined as winners. However, since the prize includes a trip for two people, at least one of the two traveling persons must be at least 18 years old; otherwise, the trip cannot be taken in accordance with the travel conditions of the tour operator. If no adult companion can be named for a minor winner, the prize cannot be claimed in this form; in this case, the Organizer reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with Section 5.
• Employees of the Organizer, as well as its affiliated companies and their relatives, are excluded from participation.
• Complimentary tickets or tickets originating from other sweepstakes or drawings are also excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period

The sweepstakes runs from December 18, 2025, 5:00 PM, to December 18, 2026, 12:00 AM. Only tickets purchased within this period are eligible.

4. Participation and Process

Participation occurs automatically and without separate registration upon the purchase of a ticket for Das Große Adventskonzert 2026. Each unique ticket ID corresponds to one entry. Separate action (e.g., commenting, liking, or filling out a form) is not required. Participation without a ticket purchase is not provided for in this sweepstakes.

5. Prize and Winner Selection

• The prize is a round trip for 2 people (Finland) from February 7 to 14, 2027, including the following services:

o Direct flights from/to Dresden to/from Kuusamo

o 7 nights at the Kide Hotel in Iso Syöte

o 7 × buffet breakfast at the hotel

o 7 × hot and cold buffet dinner at the hotel

o Transfers Kuusamo Airport – Hotel – Kuusamo Airport

o Excursion to a reindeer farm incl. short reindeer sleigh ride (English-speaking tour with German translation)

o Leisurely snowshoe hike with equipment and instruction (German translation) and German-speaking guide

o Full-day excursion by local coach to Rovaniemi

o Visit to the Arktikum, Santa Claus Village, and photo stop at the Arctic Circle with Eberhardt tour guide

o 12-kilometer husky tour (self-drive / 2 guests per sled) incl. transfers

o Daily sauna use at the Kide Hotel

o Eberhardt tour guide

o Excursion to Posio and hike in Korouoma National Park

o Snowmobile ride for beginners (2 people per vehicle) incl. thermal suit for the ride

o Rental of a thermal suit (entire stay) consisting of overalls, gloves, and boots

o (Subject to changes by the tour operator due to force majeure or comparable circumstances)

• Total value approx. 7,500 EUR, bookable via the tour operator Eberhardt TRAVEL GmbH.
• The winner will be determined during a public drawing during the “Das Große Adventskonzert 2026” event on December 18, 2026. The drawing will be conducted at random from all valid ticket IDs issued during the participation period that are eligible according to these terms and conditions. The drawing will be conducted and documented by a representative appointed by the Organizer under the supervision of at least one other person. The winner selection is based exclusively on chance; any influence on the drawing result is excluded.
• After the winning ticket ID has been determined, it will be announced in the event area. If the winner does not come forward immediately or is not present on-site, notification will be made using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase.
• A cash payout of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable and no exchange is possible.
• If the determined prize cannot be taken for reasons residing in the person of the winner (e.g., lack of an adult companion according to Section 2), the Organizer reserves the right to determine an alternate winner through a new random drawing.

6. Notification and Redemption

Winner notification will take place in person on the day of the event or alternatively by telephone or email using the contact details provided during the ticket purchase. To redeem the prize, the presentation of a valid ID document and, if applicable, the provision of further data required for the travel booking is necessary. If the winner does not respond within 4 weeks of notification, the claim to the prize expires and the Organizer may determine an alternate winner.

7. Implementation via Meta Platforms

Participation in the sweepstakes takes place exclusively through the ticket purchase. Platforms from Meta Platforms are used by the Organizer solely for promoting the sweepstakes and are not themselves a method of entry.

8. Data Protection

To conduct the sweepstakes and deliver the prize, the Organizer processes personal data of the participants. Details on the type, scope, and purpose of data processing, as well as the rights of the participants, can be found in the Organizer’s separate privacy policy, which is available at [insert URL].

9. Changes and Early Termination

The Organizer is entitled to change, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes prematurely if this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its control that significantly impair or make impossible the proper conduct of the sweepstakes. This applies in particular to

-technical malfunctions or failures that prevent the proper conduct of the drawing or winner selection,

-manipulation or the justified suspicion of manipulation of the sweepstakes,

-security incidents or misuse of the technical systems used,

-official orders or court decisions,

-changes in the legal situation or other mandatory legal requirements that prevent the conduct of the sweepstakes,

-cases of force majeure or comparable events for which the Organizer is not responsible.

In such a case, the Organizer will immediately inform the participants in an appropriate manner about the change, suspension, or termination of the sweepstakes. Any legal or contractual claims already accrued by participants remain unaffected.

10. Liability

The Organizer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as in accordance with the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, the Organizer is only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) and in the event of injury to life, body, or health; otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. The tour operator Eberhardt TRAVEL GmbH is exclusively responsible for the characteristics, availability, and execution of the offered travel service in accordance with its own travel and business conditions.

11. Final Provisions

• Legal recourse regarding the conduct of the drawing and the winner selection is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
• Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
